Mental Impulse Brain Trainer Scam

I started a free trial with the “Impulse” brain trainer on 05/31/2026 and cancelled it immediately. Despite this, on 07/03/2026 a charge of $40 appeared on my account in the United States from SG*iq.memtal-impulse, even though I had already cancelled the trial and did not authorize any payment. I contacted the company by email today about this unexpected charge and clearly requested a refund of the $40, since I had cancelled the free trial and did not agree to any further subscription or payment. They replied that they could not refund the amount, which I find unacceptable as the withdrawal was unauthorized from my perspective. I request that the $40 be fully refunded to my account and that my access and any subscription linked to SG*iq.memtal-impulse be completely cancelled so that no further charges are made without my explicit consent.
