Soyo Error Code 122031 Wrongly Banned My Device

I am writing regarding an issue I am experiencing with the Soyo app on my Android device. Today, while I was switching from one account to another, I suddenly received a “device banned – error code 122031” message and have not been able to use the app since then. My device has been banned for about two hours at the time of writing this complaint. I did not receive any clear explanation as to why this ban was applied. I consider my use of the app to be normal, and the only action I took before the issue occurred was logging out from one account and logging into another. I have tried to contact Soyo support, but I have not yet received any response. I kindly request that my device ban be reviewed, the reason for this ban be clearly explained, and that the ban be removed so I can continue using Soyo on my Android device as before.
