Lucky Rebel Won't Release My Remaining Account Balance
I had an active account with Lucky Rebel where I had a balance of $600. On June 28, when I tried to log in, I received a message saying that my account was disabled, and I have not been able to access my account or my money since then. After seeing that my account was disabled, I contacted Lucky Rebel support and clearly stated that I had $600 in my account and wanted to know why I could not log in and how I could withdraw my funds. The only response I received was that they “can’t do anything about it,” without any clear explanation, solution, or alternative offered. I request that my Lucky Rebel account be reactivated or, if that is not possible, that my remaining balance of $600 be paid to me without any further delay. I expect a clear explanation as to why my account was disabled and a prompt resolution of this issue.
