Shein Delivered My Order With Missing Items — Requesting Refund

On January 22, 2026, I placed an order on Shein containing three items. The order number is GSO153453001A14, and it was delivered to me on January 28, 2026. However, when the package arrived, I discovered that only one of the three items in my order had been shipped, and two items were missing. The shipping tracking number is 6343080541554.
Since January 28, 2026, I have contacted customer service multiple times regarding the missing items, but no solution has been provided and my issue remains unresolved. The missing products have not been sent, and I have not received any clear explanation about what happened.
I request a full refund for the two missing items that were not delivered. I would like this issue to be resolved as soon as possible and the process to be handled promptly.
