I Didn’t Receive My Shein Orders Even Though They Show as Delivered

I placed two separate orders from Shein, and both shipments are marked as “delivered” in the system. However, I never received either of them. I didn’t get a delivery code, no message from any shipping company, and no phone call from a courier. It’s as if the packages just vanished. How can a delivery be completed with zero communication?
I’ve tried reaching out to shipping carriers, but I have no idea which company handled the deliveries—there's no way to contact anyone. These are the tracking numbers for my missing parcels: PALTR0001817991YQ and PALTR0001818048YQ. I’ve been left completely in the dark and without my purchases.
Shein needs to urgently investigate this issue and either deliver my products or issue a refund. As a customer, it’s incredibly frustrating to have no support and no accountability after spending my money. This experience has made me question whether I can trust Shein again.
