I Face Failed Delivery and No Response for My Shein Dress and Shoes Order
On July 25, 2025, I placed an order on Shein for a dress and a pair of shoes, paid by credit card, under order number GSO1CL26R00MG0H. Today, I received only a brief notification stating “delivery failed” with no further explanation or tracking details.
I immediately tried to contact both Shein and the courier company to learn what happened to my order, but I could not reach a single representative or receive any reply. My delivery address was completely correct, and both items were shipped together in the same package. Yet neither a delivery attempt was made nor any update was provided about a possible return or refund.
This lack of communication and service has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I demand that Shein either deliver my order promptly or issue a full refund without delay. Customers deserve clear tracking information and timely resolutions, not silence.
