Sephora's Delayed Refund Hassle
My online experience with Sephora took a turn I didn't expect. I ordered something with order number 8001741751, but it came as a gift even though it was exactly the same as what I had ordered. Because of this, I decided to send it back. Even though I sent back the unopened item right away and the company got it the next day, my 9899 TL refund hasn't been processed yet. Even though my return was accepted on the 16th of the month, it looks like Sephora has kept my money without telling me why. It's frustrating to run into this problem even though the return process was done right. I want Sephora to give me back the full amount as soon as possible.
