The previous week, I treated myself to some online shopping, taking advantage of a promotion that offered 15 free samples with any purchase over 4000 TL. However, despite spending more than 9,000 TL during the discount extravaganza on November 11th, customers did not receive the items for which they had been promised. My attempt to redeem 10,000 points for an original-sized Sephora product was unsuccessful, which added to the frustration I was already feeling.
