Sephora Refund Delayed for Over 2 Months
It's February 22, and I'm still waiting for a refund from Sephora for an order that didn't go through. My card was charged on December 16 for ₺3,111.92, and despite my numerous efforts to address the problem, I have yet to receive a refund. I contacted customer service several times, but they just make a note of my issue and promise to call back, which never occurs. I have submitted complaints to Consumer Rights and CİMER, but the resolution process is dragging on excessively. It’s incredibly disappointing to be stuck in uncertainty for more than two months without any definitive responses. I anticipated that a reputable brand such as Sephora would manage refund requests with greater efficiency. I simply want a refund and to put this experience behind me.

2.5 months have passed, but Sephora still hasn't refunded the order that didn't materialize, which they charged to my card on December 16th. I have also applied to CIMER and Consumer Rights. I forwarded the microfilm number provided by the bank to them, but no one is responding to me. I want my refund.
