Sephora Don't Pay My Refund Back
I returned a product to Sephora about 2.5 weeks ago, but they still haven't processed the payment for the refund. I get a different response every time I call. They recently mentioned the importance of obtaining approval for international payments. I'm not sure why they need international approval for a payment made in Turkey. How can a large corporation like Sephora take weeks to process a customer's refund request? I demand a refund of my payment as soon as possible. You are not permitted to hold my money as a hostage in an unjust manner; doing so is illegal. If my payment is not promptly refunded, I reserve the right to seek legal recourse to protect my rights.
