Sephora's Unexplained Order Cancellation and Delayed Refund Fiasco
Sephora is mocking people!!! The order I placed at the beginning of the month got canceled by the brand, and it even says it was canceled by the customer, which is a whole other issue?! And despite being in mid-December, I still haven't received my refund. When I contact the bank, they say there's no refund from Sephora. Sephora employees, on the other hand, keep passing the buck, and it's been around 20 days now. If the refund isn't processed this time, I'm taking this matter to COURT. You're literally making a joke out of sending the money – is it that hard? I don't understand. I urgently need my refund for the product that was canceled for no reason.
