On 10.04.2025, I went to the Sephora Vadi İstanbul store to pick up an order I had placed the previous week. When I finally had the chance to collect it today, I was surprised and disappointed to see that no testers were included—not even one. When I politely asked about it, the staff completely brushed me off with dismissive responses.
This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially from a brand that claims to value customer experience. What’s worse is that I’ve seen proof that some employees set aside testers and allegedly resell them on other platforms. That’s deeply unprofessional and unethical.
I had just started shopping with Sephora, but after this experience, I won’t be returning. Sephora, I expect a proper response and the testers I should’ve received. Treat your customers with respect and stop allowing this kind of behavior in your stores.
