Today, I purchased a Huda Beauty eyeliner from Sephora at Antalya Terracity. When I got home and opened the package to use it, I was shocked to find the product completely dried out. The liner leaves no mark at all, not even a dot, when applied to my hand. Even the brush is so dry that it's unusable.
I didn’t spend my money just for the packaging or the brush—I expected a functional product. This is incredibly disappointing, especially given the premium price. Sephora and Huda Beauty need to address this issue promptly. I demand either a replacement or a full refund for this unusable eyeliner.
