Sephora Did Not Send Any Testers Despite My Large Online Skincare Order

I bought a total of 7 products from Sephora online and paid around ₺3500. Considering the amount I spent, it’s honestly ridiculous that no testers were included in my order. Even customers who purchase a serum worth ₺300 receive testers, yet I didn’t receive anything, which truly upset me. I carefully selected these products based on recommendations and trusted Sephora's reputation. This experience has made me question whether the brand values loyal customers who shop regularly. I was genuinely excited for my order, but this lack of care was disappointing. This is not what I expect from a well-known brand like Sephora. Please do what’s necessary and send me the complimentary gifts I should have received.
