Even customers who purchase a serum worth ₺300 receive testers, yet I didn’t receive anything, which truly upset me. I carefully selected these products based on recommendations and trusted Sephora's reputation. This experience has made me question whether the brand values loyal customers who shop regularly. I was genuinely excited for my order, but this lack of care was disappointing. This is not what I expect from a well-known brand like Sephora.
