I had previously filed a complaint on this platform because the packaging of my Tarte brand lip product, which I purchased from Sephora some time ago, was defective. After I was contacted and the product information was taken, I was told that a refund would be issued, and I was asked to return the product using the provided return code. A few days after sending the product back, when I called customer service, I was told that the refund was accepted on November 6th and that my money would be deposited. Despite waiting since that day, the money has not been deposited. I have spoken with customer service numerous times and have not been able to get any results. I'm curious what kind of business practice it is to take the product from me and not deposit the money. Why do you make it so difficult for a refund? I don't even plan to go near Sephora again!
