I Spent ₺3500 on Sephora Online and Didn’t Get a Single Tester – Why?

I recently placed a Sephora online order totaling around ₺3500 for seven products. That’s not a small amount by any means. But despite spending that much, not a single tester was included in my package. It’s honestly frustrating to see people receiving testers for orders as low as ₺300, yet I received absolutely nothing.

This isn’t just disappointing—it’s unfair and feels like a lack of appreciation for loyal customers. I expected better from a brand like Sephora. Sending testers isn’t just a nice gesture, it’s something customers have come to expect—especially with high-value orders like mine.

Sephora, I’m asking you to make this right. Please send the testers I should have received with my order. Show your customers they matter.
