I Bought Dyson Airwrap from Sephora for 2-Hour Pickup But Never Got It

I purchased the Dyson Airwrap from Sephora based on their bold claim that the product would be “ready for in-store pickup in 2 hours.” That promise was a complete lie. It has now been well over two hours, and I haven’t received any confirmation email or pickup notification. The order status still shows “being prepared,” and I have no idea when I’ll be able to actually get my product.

To make matters worse, the store won’t answer their phone. I tried reaching out to customer service, but they were just as unhelpful. No one could give me a straight answer, and I’m left completely in the dark. If you advertise “2-hour pickup,” it should be honored — not used as a fake marketing gimmick just to get customers to buy.
