I purchased Calvin Klein Euphoria EDP from Sephora after being advised by the sales associate to switch from the EDT version, which I’ve used for years, to the EDP for better longevity during the winter. They assured me it was more lasting, and since it was on sale, I decided to try it.
However, to my disappointment, the EDP fades completely within 3 hours, whereas the EDT lasts all day on my skin. This is unacceptable for a premium fragrance that comes at such a high price. I haven’t gone back to the store because I’ve read many complaints online about Sephora’s lack of support in resolving similar issues.
I request Sephora to address this situation promptly. If no resolution is provided, I will escalate the matter to Consumer Rights. For the price paid, I expect much better quality and service.
