Sephora: Dissatisfactory Chanel No 19 Perfume Experience

My recent purchase of Chanel No 19 perfume from Sephora left me really disappointed. Despite the high price of ₺5,510 for three bottles, the liquid within seemed more like water than the rich Chanel fragrances that stick to the skin. The aroma fades away in 12-13 minutes, unlike Chanel's customary long-lasting scents. On March 6th, I contacted Sephora via email, stating my intention to exchange the perfume for another Chanel fragrance rather than receive a refund. They asked the batch code and photos, which I swiftly delivered, but I have received no response despite repeated follow-ups. I refuse to pay such a hefty sum for a scent that lasts only 12 minutes. Even if the fault resides with Chanel, Sephora is not required to sell such a product on its clients. They have the right to return defective merchandise to the maker. I ask for a prompt resolution to my problem.
Dear Valued Customer, First of all, we wish you a wonderful day. We are pleased to assist you with any matter you may need regarding your requests. The follow‑up process for your request has been initiated. However, during this process, we have been trying to inform you via phone or email but have been unable to reach you. We would like to remind you that you can share your thoughts and experiences about our brand. We also thank you for your interest and understanding. Wishing you a great day, Sephora Turkey
A very clichéd response has been written because we are already in contact with you via email. You asked for a visual from me, I sent it to you, and you replied that a follow-up would be provided, but no follow-up was made afterward. Order code: 8002660123
