Unfulfilled Sephora Perfume Return Despite 41-Day Wait

On May 23, 2023, at 2:46 PM, I purchased the "you for him stronger wy intense EDP 100ML" perfume. Due to its lack of fragrance longevity, I contacted the company via email on June 9, 2023. They responded on June 12th with a form to complete. After filling out the form, they instructed me to send back the product via mail. On June 13th, I shipped the item using the reference code 440965510. They assured me that the replacement or refund process would be completed within 20 to 41 business days. However, as of August 09, 2023, the 41-day mark has passed without any response from Sephora. It's disappointing how Sephora is letting its customers down.

Don't lie for no reason saying we can't reach you. I called you 4 times before and you always said the same thing. Then you called me once and said you would expedite my process, but you still didn't do anything. Today (09.08.2023) I called you again and you said the same thing, that you would expedite my process. But again, it's the same things, just stalling, etc. There's nothing you're doing to expedite it. Don't lie to people saying we can't reach you. This behavior is not befitting a company as big as yours.
