Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 3 Pairing Error

Hello, I purchased the Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 3 Bluetooth Earbuds with order number SPR19897198 from Vatan Bilgisayar's website on 20.7.2023 at 02:11:31. After using them without any problems for a while, I started experiencing interruptions and cut-offs in songs or any sound while using them with my Samsung A71 device. The connection doesn't drop, but the sound I'm listening to cuts out, especially when I turn my head. I've tried using them with other phones, with or without other connected devices, and the issue persists. I kindly request your assistance with this matter and, if possible, a replacement with a higher model.

"Hello, after deciding to exchange the product I sent, they provided an exchange with the Sennheiser 4 model approximately 5 weeks later. The product was delivered by cargo on 29.07.2024, but I am not sure if the product sent is one that someone else returned, as it raised the suspicion of being second-hand. The product they sent was placed in an ordinary cardboard box with the headphones, cable, and spare silicone parts. It really upset me to experience this for a product I paid so much money for. Is there anything you can do about this?"
