My Sennheiser Momentum 4 Stopped Working After Bluetooth Issues in Just 3 Months

About three months ago, I purchased the Sennheiser Momentum 4 headphones from MediaMarkt’s website. I chose this model because of its reputation for quality and reliability. I wanted to avoid problems, so I deliberately invested in a premium brand. Unfortunately, it has been a frustrating and disappointing experience.
Not long after I started using them, the Bluetooth connection began to act up. At first, it would randomly disconnect or fail to pair properly. Now, the headphones don’t work at all—no connection, no response. I’ve barely used them during this time, and I’ve handled them with extreme care.
For a product this expensive, this kind of failure is unacceptable. I expected years of solid performance, not total failure in under 90 days.
Sennheiser, please stand behind your product and offer a proper solution. I request a replacement or repair without delay. Customers should not pay premium prices only to be left with broken equipment and no support.
