Sennheiser EPOS 460 T Battery Issues

I bought the Sennheiser EPOS 460 T with the expectation of enjoying its long battery life of up to 14 hours. However, I've been disappointed to find that it unexpectedly powers off after only 2-3 hours of use. I sent it to Bircom, the authorized service center, and they promptly provided a replacement. However, I'm disappointed to find that the new product still has the same performance issue. I spent ₺14,004 and now I would like to request a refund.
