I recently discovered an unauthorized charge related to a “soul mate” subscription connected with Scribe America, and I want this to be stopped immediately. On April 11th, an amount of $29.99 was taken without my permission, and I did not knowingly agree to or authorize any such subscription or recurring charge. I request that this unwanted subscription be fully cancelled, that all future charges be permanently stopped, and that my information not be used for any further deductions without my explicit consent. In addition, I request a full refund of the $29.99 that was already taken without my authorization, and I ask for written confirmation that both the refund has been processed and the subscription linked to these “soul mate” charges has been terminated.
