Unauthorized Scribd Charge of ₺438.64—I Demand a Refund

An unauthorized transaction was made on my Ziraat Bank card, and ₺438.64 was withdrawn without my knowledge. The charge appears as a virtual POS purchase, but I never authorized or made this payment.

I have no connection to this transaction and demand an immediate refund. I provided the transaction details and proof, yet I still haven’t received any response or resolution. This is a serious issue—why is my money being taken without my consent?

Scribd, you need to investigate this and process my refund immediately! If this charge isn’t reversed, I will escalate this matter further. Has anyone else experienced this? Protect your money and check your accounts!
