Scribd Keeps Charging Me Monthly Even Though I Canceled My Membership Long Ago

Despite canceling my Scribd membership months ago, they continue to charge my bank account every month without my consent. I have no active subscription, yet automatic payments are being deducted like clockwork. This is unacceptable and feels like deliberate exploitation.
