Scribd Charged Me Without Subscription – Apple & Bank Not Helping

The same thing happened to me on the same date. I have never even heard of Scribd, yet I was charged without my consent. I checked my Apple account to see if I had unknowingly subscribed, but there was no record of any subscription.

How is Apple allowing unauthorized charges like this? When I contacted Ziraat Bank, they were completely unhelpful—all they did was cancel my card, but that doesn’t solve the issue or refund my money.

I have no idea what to do next. Has anyone else experienced this? How can we connect and take action together? I demand a refund and an explanation from both Scribd and Apple! This needs to be resolved immediately!
