Scannero Overcharged Me and Won’t Cancel My Subscription

I downloaded the Scannero app, expecting a charge of ₺26.67 as clearly stated. However, without any warning or confirmation, the app withdrew an additional ₺1,162 from my account. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a deceptive billing practice.

I demand an immediate refund of the extra amount and that my subscription be canceled right away. I never authorized such a large payment, and the app provided no clear notification that this would happen. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate it and report Scannero to the relevant consumer protection authorities.

Scannero, take responsibility and refund the money you wrongfully charged. This is not how you treat paying users.
