Unrepairable Cracked Screen on Samsung TV; Service Was Canceled

We bought a supposedly brand-new Samsung TV, only to discover that the screen panel was defective right from the beginning. The technician documented the issue and left, but unfortunately, they never came back to collect the TV. Despite our numerous calls, we are still waiting for a response from them; they keep repeating, "Your inspection process is ongoing." This is a supposedly much-needed item for us, especially since we've just moved to a new city, and it's incredibly disappointing that we're left with a malfunctioning product.
