I purchased a brand new 55-inch Samsung television on September 1, 2023. The delivery team brought it to my house. However, when the technical team arrived, they discovered a screen camera break. We requested a replacement, but they couldn't do it due to being out of stock. I inquired about the restocking date, and they provided a specific date, indicating it would be available by the end of the month. However, I didn't want to wait that long, as there was no other TV in the house. Even though I suggested replacing it with an equivalent product, I received a negative response. They insisted on replacing it when the product was back in stock, promising to provide an exact date. With no TV at home that's over 10 years old, the uncertainty of the arrival date was frustrating, and it certainly doesn't align with the Samsung brand's reputation. I've reached out via email four times and contacted the solution team ten times, but the issue remains unresolved. I waited for ten days before resorting to submitting this complaint, hoping for a solution. Unfortunately, since no resolution has been found, I'm now turning to this complaint platform. It's disheartening to spend good money on a TV from a renowned global brand only to face such challenges when there's a problem. While they claim to have a solution, the situation remains unresolved, and it feels like they are not taking my concerns seriously. I simply want the brand-new TV I paid for, not a broken one. While the stock issue should have been their problem, it has unfairly become mine, and after multiple attempts, it's still unclear how long this ordeal will continue. This experience has significantly eroded my trust in the Samsung brand. Sincerely,Bulent.
