My Samsung TV Shuts Down and Won’t Turn On, No Response from Service
I own a Samsung TV that has started shutting off by itself and won’t turn back on. I reported the issue to the authorized service two weeks ago, but I have yet to receive any follow-up. A few days ago, I received a phone call stating that the TV likely has a panel issue, and I was told the repair cost would be high. They said they would contact me with a quote before proceeding, but since then, I’ve heard nothing.
I have called the service multiple times, but they still haven’t responded. This delay and lack of communication from Samsung is extremely frustrating. I expect them to address the issue promptly and provide a clear timeline for repair or replacement.
