Samsung's Remote Support for my A21s phone Failed
Since the service center had given me an M10 phone as a replacement for my A21s phone, I called Samsung for help over the internet. I decided to ask consumer rights for a backup, but more than half of my data was not moved. Even though I filed a complaint, no one seems interested in fixing the problem. I told them they could back up my private information, but they didn't do it. Their answer was disappointing because they said they couldn't do anything. If I have to, I'm ready to look into legal options. There has to be a way to make things better. The unit in charge of the exchange did not do what I asked. No one bothered to ask me if I had been in a situation like that and offer me money. Samsung needs to fix this mistake because the photos of my late father can't be replaced. There's nothing they can do to make up for it, and I'm very sad.
