Samsung Service Overcharged Me for Unnecessary Galaxy A21S Repairs

41

Hello, I'm filing a complaint about my Samsung A21s phone, which suddenly turned off and didn't turn on. I bought this phone on July 20, 2020, and it's been less than two years since then. I sent it to the service center for repairs, but they called a few days later and said the motherboard had been damaged and needed to be replaced, as well as the product's case, screen, and charging socket. I was surprised to hear this because there were no problems with the screen, socket, or case. The service center charged me a high fee for these repairs, which were unnecessary. I already paid a good sum of money for the phone, and I don't think it's fair to be charged for repairs that weren't necessary. I'm already stressed, and this situation has added to it. I want to put an end to this nonsense and demand a refund for the unnecessary repairs. As a loyal customer, I deserve better treatment from Samsung's service center.
