Samsung Washing Machine Had Issues Within 2 Washes and Needed Service 3 Times
I bought a Samsung 9 kg washing machine, and it came as a brand-new product in its original packaging. After just the second wash, I observed water leaking from the front door. The service team arrived and informed me that the door wire was missing and had to be ordered. I waited five business days for the part, and once it was installed, the machine began making an awful noise, as if the drum was about to fall apart. When I contacted the service once more, they recommended spraying foam under the drum, which I declined as a satisfactory solution. In a mere 15 days, the machine needed servicing on three separate occasions. I have escalated the matter to the Consumer Arbitration Board and am seeking the prompt cancellation of my purchase agreement.
