Samsung's Deceptive TV Promotion and Missing Coffee Machine

Vatan Bilgisayar sold me a Samsung 65-inch TV that was supposed to come with a bonus De'Longhi coffee machine delivered within 45 days. They assigned me campaign number 2659337. The television was installed on May 6 (we paid in April), but the coffee machine was still missing by August. Despite multiple visits to Vatan Bilgisayar and requests for assistance, we did not receive the promised coffee machine. Frustrated, I called Samsung customer service and gave them the requested information. Today, they mentioned something about "code 2," and I'm feeling trapped in a cat-and-mouse game. I need to know if Samsung ran this campaign at all. Have you been paid for the television? Why are you withholding the campaign number for the coffee machine from me if it is genuine? I apologize to Samsung for believing them to be a reputable company and for taking part in this promotion. I demand a straightforward resolution and the timely delivery of the coffee machine.
