In April 2023, I bought a Samsung brand television just because there was a Delonghi coffee machine promotion. Previously, I had written my complaint on the complaint site about Samsung's inability to deliver the Delonghi coffee machine promotion. After writing here, they told me as a solution proposal that they would send me a coffee machine of another brand, and I accepted. They said they would contact me again for the shipment. No one called. I called customer service again. They say that they will collect other names and ship them together, and that I need to wait another 60 days. They do not expedite anything at all. They just say they marked it as urgent and close the issue. I now believe this is a stalling tactic. Please do not stall customers with various excuses as you did before. How can you say that a customer who has been approved for the service and has experienced such a grievance needs to wait another 60 days? And after all these events, it is doubtful whether the coffee machine will arrive at the end of 60 days. Are you doing this to avoid giving the coffee machine? It has been almost a year since I bought the television in April 2023 solely because of this promotion, and I still do not have a coffee machine, and they are still telling me to wait another 2 months. They just say they marked it as urgent. It is absolutely unbecoming of such a large brand to keep their aggrieved customers waiting and it seriously tarnishes the brand's image. I demand that they resolve the promise they made to me as quickly as possible.
