Samsung TV Purchase and Gift Mishap

I bought a Samsung TV from Media Markt on August 27, 2023. I picked it because I trust the brand. When I was buying it, they told me that I would get a Delonghi coffee machine for free along with the TV, which cost 60,000 TL. I'm really upset about the problems with this gift. When I opened the box and started to set up the coffee machine, I ran into an issue with the water tank. I tried reading all the user manuals and watching videos, but I still couldn't fix the problem. I thought the problem came from the device, so I reached out to Samsung Customer Service. They told me to bring the device to Nehir Elektronik, a nearby authorized Service Center, to get it fixed. Since the problem is still not resolved, I think I should submit this complaint. I hope that the coffee machine I received as a "gift" works well since I spent 60,000 TL on the TV. It's not cool to have to keep bugging people for repairs just to get a free gift. It's not good for customer satisfaction. During these difficult economic times, it's really frustrating to spend a lot of money on a TV and then have to deal with the hassle of getting a defective gift repaired. This whole thing has got me thinking about whether I can really trust Samsung anymore.
