Samsung Turkey Does Not Deliver The Present It Had Promised
I purchased a Samsung OLED TV with model number QE77S95CATXTK and serial number 0F223SLW600123N on July 30, 2023, from the Samsung Shop in Istanbul, Turkey. During the purchase, the salesperson informed me about a promotion that came with this TV - I would receive a Delonghi coffee machine as a gift after the TV's delivery and installation by Samsung Service. On August 2, 2023, my TV was successfully delivered and installed by Samsung Service, and I promptly provided them with the installation number to claim my gift. I was informed that I should wait for 45 working days to receive it. However, when I followed up on October 2, 2023, after the 45-day period had passed, I was told to wait an additional few days for a response. Subsequently, on October 10, I reached out to Samsung again, and they informed me that I should have waited for 60 working days, which means an additional 2 weeks. The information I received from the beginning of the purchase and throughout this process has been inconsistent, and it compelled me to contact Samsung Global regarding Samsung's actions in Turkey. This entire process has been highly unprofessional and is not in line with the reputation of a brand like Samsung. As a customer, I feel I have not been provided with accurate information by any of the Samsung representatives.

Despite explaining my issue multiple times before, the team that ignored my legitimate complaint and resisted addressing it did not listen to me. However, I would like to thank the customer resolution team that listened to me after I wrote on sikayetvar.com.
