Samsung TV Purchase: Missing Delonghi Coffee Machine After 7 Months

Hello, I bought a television from the Samsung store in Viaport Kurtköy Istanbul. The seller said that in addition to the television, a Delonghi brand coffee machine worth 20.000 TL would be included as a gift. They also stated that they could buy it back for 14.000 TL if we wanted. They also had me sign a document signed and stamped by the manager of the relevant store. But I still haven't received a coffee machine for about 7 months. The issue here is not that I earned 14.000 TL, but that such a statement is empty and aimed at defrauding customers.
