Samsung Still Has Not Given Delonghi 81tb Coffee Machine as a Gift
I bought a Samsung s95 television that was supposed to come with a Delonghi 81tb coffee machine as a gift. However, a month later, they sent me the Delonghi 61b model instead. I immediately contacted Samsung and returned the coffee machine without using it. They assured me that they would send the correct Delonghi 81tb coffee machine as soon as possible. I called them numerous times, but now they are ignoring my calls. Dear Samsung officials, no one from your company has contacted me regarding my complaint. I haven't received any assistance from a dedicated staff member who tried to resolve my issue. It seems to me that your customer service department is more skilled at creating problems than providing solutions. It has been over two months since I purchased the TV from Samsung, and it took about a month for the incorrect coffee machine to be sent to you. I will be lodging a complaint with Samsung Global about this incompetence.
