Samsung ZFlip 4 Screen Comes Of From the Middle

My Samsung ZFlip 4 device, which I purchased in December 2022, suddenly began to show a line on the screen, followed by peeling. I had it delivered to the warranty service center. The Adana service center, on the other hand, contacted me and stated that they required more than 8,000 TL from me, claiming that the casing had been damaged in some way. I sent the item in expecting them to fix the screen only, so I'm not sure why they're replacing the casing. There is already a problem with the screen having lines and peeling after only six months of ownership. I demand that these issues be resolved at no cost under the terms of the warranty.

I have already spoken with your unresolved issues center 3 times. You expect 8500 TL for the case of a 25 thousand lira device every 6 months. I did not request a case change. I am not satisfied with the screen. Needing to change the case when the screen malfunctions is your design flaw. You should not ask me to pay for this.
I haven't received any contact, thus no solution. Avoid purchasing Samsung's foldable phones.
Samsung Adana service is very bad. Fortunately, the Ankara service is completely different. I congratulate the Ankara service. I was thinking of changing the brand after talking with Adana. Now I definitely won't change it.
