ByBit Denied My Welcome Bonus After Claiming Fraud Without Evidence

I am writing to report an unfair treatment I have experienced on Bybit regarding the welcome bonus and airdrop campaigns. My account is fully KYC-verified, and I joined these campaigns on 26 June 2026, following the stated rules. I deposited 100 € into my account and traded BTC as required by the campaign conditions, and I was expecting to receive approximately 50 € worth of BTC as a reward. However, on 30 June 2026, Bybit denied my rewards and blocked me from claiming them. When I contacted customer support, I received a standard reply stating that my account had violated the rules and regulations of the campaign and mentioning “fraudulent behavior”, “abnormal farming behavior” ,“wash trading”, “multi-account operations” and “market manipulation.” None of these accusations are true, and I have only used my own, fully verified account in a normal way, depositing my own funds and trading legitimately. Despite asking for a concrete explanation or any proof of what rule I specifically violated, I was told that the decision is final and that no further appeals would be considered. I find it unacceptable that my reward has been denied without any clear, concrete evidence of a violation, especially when I completed all requirements of the welcome bonus and airdrop fairly and transparently. I request that Bybit review my case again, provide a clear and specific explanation if they insist on their claim, or, as I strongly believe is fair, credit the missing 50 € worth of BTC reward to my account as originally promised.
