Parimatch UPI Deposit Missing for Over a Month
I am writing regarding a problem I have experienced with Parimatch related to a deposit that was not credited to my account. On 22 May, I made a payment via UPI, but to this day, 30 June, the deposit has still not been received in my Parimatch balance. After noticing that the money did not appear in my account, I contacted Parimatch customer support. They told me that they did not receive any payment, even though the amount was debited from my side and I have already paid my money. This situation has left me both frustrated and worried, as my funds are stuck without any clear explanation or solution. I request that Parimatch investigates this transaction, confirms the payment made via UPI on 22 May, and either credits the missing amount to my account or refunds it back to my original payment method as soon as possible.
