Deposit Not Credited After GPay Payment via NSDL Bank

I made a payment of 1500 INR to Bdg Game on 27.06.2026 via GPay from my NSDL Payments Bank account, but the amount has not been credited to my game ID 10452***. After noticing that the money was debited from my bank but not added to my Bdg Game account, I contacted Bdg Game support. The tutor/support person keeps telling me to “wait, wait” and claims that they have not received my payment, but the issue is still not resolved and my balance has not been updated. I request that my 1500 INR be immediately credited to my Bdg Game ID or that a clear confirmation and correction be provided without any further delay.
