Samsung Z FLIP3 Repair Discount Not Granted
the Samsung solution center reached out to me, and they were like, "Hey, send your phone to the service, and we'll take a look at it." I thought, cool, maybe they'll fix it up for me, sent it to the service center, they promised me a 40% discount on the repair. Nice so far....But hold up, here's where it gets messy. When the service center got my phone, they were like, "Sorry, no discount for you!" excuse me? picked up my phone and dialed Samsung customer service at 4447711. They assured me that they would sort it out and get back to me. It's been 5 days, and there's been no sign of any return or update. I'm still waiting here. just want my phone fixed, and I was counting on that discount they promised. not exactly thrilled with the whole situation right now.
