Samsung "Non-Solution Center" Stalled For 3 Days And Did Nothing




I made a purchase from the Samsung shop, but due to a technical error, it seemed like two orders were placed. Seeing two order numbers, I canceled one. However, one order vanished entirely, and all I needed was to cancel it. I did all of this using the 50% discount campaign with Samsung Wallet. Despite paying extra commission multiple times, they informed me that I couldn't use the campaign again as it was a one-time offer. Meanwhile, money was deducted from the bank for both orders, but no other funds were transacted.
For the past three days, I've been unable to receive a charger from a reputed company like Samsung. Despite reaching out to the so-called 'solution center' numerous times, they claimed there was nothing they could do. Even after requesting compensation for my loss of rights and time, entirely caused by them, they kept me waiting for three days and finally stated they couldn't do anything.
