Samsung’s customer service is a total nightmare. For the past 15 days, I’ve been trying to get through to their so-called solution center at 0850 6447711. Every time I called, a customer service rep picked up, told me they were taking my details, and promised that the solution center would get in touch. Guess what? No one from this so-called solution center ever called back. I kept hitting a brick wall with customer service until, after a lot of persistence, I managed to get through to the so-called solution center. They told me someone named E*** from online sales would call me back. So now I’m just waiting for this call that never seems to come. Every call starts with a recorded message saying they’re recording for security purposes, but if they’re recording, they should be able to show proof of these calls and what’s been said. I’ve never dealt with such an unconcerned service before.
