Samsung (Wind-Free) Air Conditioner Noisy Cooling Mode

I've only had the Samsung (Wind-Free) air conditioner for a month, and for the first 3 or 4 days, everything seemed fine. But soon after that, the fan motor in the indoor unit started making an annoying noise, especially when the air conditioner was set to cool. It sounds like the fan is hitting something, which is very weird. I bought this product because I trusted Samsung, especially when they promised a "Wind-Free" experience, which meant that it would cool without making any noise. But now I'm sorry I did. I would strongly advise you not to get this Samsung air conditioner because it has been nothing but a letdown.
