Samsung Air Conditioner Does Not Cool and I Get No Service

We bought the Samsung wind Free 1+2 air conditioner in July 2024 and the air conditioner was installed in 4 months. It was installed in winter and we did not use it. When we turned it on to use it in 2025, we saw that the air conditioner did not cool and blew no differently than a fan. For 2 months we have been waiting for service. We were directed to Imton Engineering and they said that they could not come at 17:30 in the evening on the day they made an appointment and that they would make another appointment, but no one has made another appointment for 2 weeks. We cancel our work and wait for service at home, but it is not enough that they say they cannot come at the end of the day, we have been chasing them for 2 weeks to make an appointment again. Every time I call Samsung corporate customer, they say that they will inform the relevant company, imton, but I have doubts whether they really do it. imton engineering, on the other hand, constantly says that it will make an appointment again and never makes an appointment.

The same problem occurred 2 days after a solution was provided, and no resolution has been reached.
