Samsung Washing Machine Paint Peeling and Rust Issues

I constantly complain every day, every month, and I will continue to do so. I bought a Samsung brand washing machine. There have been paint spills, rusting, and blistering on the front and side panels. Even though my product is under warranty, no intervention has been made, and I am being charged a service repair fee between 2000 - 3000 TL. My machine still has an ongoing warranty, my friend. Every day I speak with a different customer representative and explain my problem, but they say they will help and get back to me, and then the issue goes back to the beginning, and they ask for money again. What kind of brand and warranty commitment is this, my friend? If we owed you 1 lira, you would send a foreclosure to our house and seize our belongings. When we ask for help regarding our warranty, which is our right, you ask for money again. I am not satisfied with you at all. I will renew my complaint every day. May your business never prosper. Shame on the money I spent.
