Every day, I talk to a different customer representative and explain my problem, but they say they will help and get back to me, and then the issue goes back to the beginning, and they ask for money again. What kind of brand and warranty commitment is this, my friend? If we owed you 1 lira, you would send a bailiff to our house and seize our belongings. When we ask for help regarding our warranty, which is our right, you shamelessly ask for money again. I am not satisfied with you at all. I will renew my complaint every day.
